This Privacy Policy describes how LuminAI, LLC (doing business as Lumenaios, "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information. We are located at 400 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 and can be reached at 954-840-3000 or privacy@lumenaios.com.

1. What we collect

We collect information you provide directly (account details, business information, the name, email, and phone number you submit through our forms), data your customers generate when interacting with our services on your behalf (lead inquiries, call recordings, SMS conversations), and standard technical data (IP address, browser, usage analytics) to operate the service.

2. How we use it

To run your campaigns, qualify your leads, score your calls, generate your reports, and improve our platform. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

3. Data retention

Active client data is retained for the lifetime of the account. After cancellation, we retain data for 90 days for export purposes, then delete it permanently within 30 additional days unless required by law.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on the following subprocessors to deliver the service:

• Supabase (database, auth, storage)
• n8n (workflow orchestration, self-hosted)
• Twilio (SMS, voice telephony)
• Stripe (billing)
• OpenAI, Anthropic (AI inference)
• Leonardo.ai, HeyGen (creative generation)
• DataForSEO (search rank data)
• Google, Meta (ad platform integrations)

5. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you recurring conversational and informational text messages related to your inquiry (for example, follow-ups, your proposal link, and scheduling). You opt in by checking the SMS-consent box on our forms or by giving us your number and consent directly. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@lumenaios.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Incident notification

In the event of a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of confirmation, with a summary of impact and remediation steps.
