Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of services provided by LuminAI, LLC (doing business as Lumenaios), 400 E Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, 954-840-3000.

1. Service

Lumenaios provides AI-powered marketing automation for local service businesses, including ad creative generation, lead qualification, call intelligence, local SEO, and reporting.

2. SMS / text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring conversational and informational text messages from Lumenaios related to your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Pass-through ad spend is charged directly by Meta and Google to your card — Lumenaios does not front, mark up, or take a percentage of ad spend. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Lumenaios for illegal purposes, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform we integrate with (Meta, Google, Twilio, etc.). Violation may result in immediate termination.

5. Ownership

You own all data and creative we produce on your behalf. We retain rights to the platform, software, and aggregated anonymized analytics used to improve the service.

6. Liability

Lumenaios is provided "as is." We are not liable for results from third-party platforms (Meta ad disapprovals, Google rank changes, etc.) or for indirect damages. Maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you retain access for 30 days to export data; we delete it 90 days after that unless required to retain by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
